Chicken Feet Adobo

Whenever we go to the market, I always ask Claire what she wants Mommy to get and to cook for her, without fail, she always requests for "Chicken Feet". This dish is her all time favorite and will gladly have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She eats it with rice but would sometimes get her hands dirty and grab it with her fingers and eat away.

Ingredients:

2 kg chicken feet

1 medium onion, chopped
1 head of garlic, minced

2 pcs. Knorr Beef cubes
1/4 cup patis (fish sauce)
3/4 cup toyo (soy sauce)
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 cups water
2 cups vinegar (suka)
1/2 cup atsuete in water
1 bay leaf

Cooking Steps:

In a pot, saute gralic and onion until fragrant. Add in tomatoes and cook until it becomes mushy. Add in the chicken feet and mix well. Add the patis, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and beef cubes.
