Grilled Classic Sliders Burger

Our family had a lunch potluck for Father's Day, I decided to make Grilled Classic Burger made with 100% Beef. My husband loves beef and I know that all dad's do too! So this recipe is for them. Dad's work hard to bring home the bacon, so to speak. So I think it's time for their little reward.

I made this recipe for our family's potluck party. Yield is approximately 40 burger patties (mini burgers, I used dinner roll instead of buns). Feel free to cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients

2 kg ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium eggs
2 medium white onion, minced
4 teaspoons rock salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper

burger buns (I prefer dinner rolls)
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
cheese
ketchup
mayonnaise
mustard
hot sauce

Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix all ingredients until well combined. Form patties with the mixture by picking up a handful, about 2 tablespoons. Roll in a ball then press with the palm of your hand. Smooth out edges with your fingers until perfectly round.

Grill burger over hot coals or pan fry over high heat. Set up a burger station with the grilled patties, buns, cheese, veggies and anything else that you would want on your burger. Make your own burger. Enjoy the juicy goodness straight out of your kitchen!
